Send Individually for Microsoft 365 add-in is a powerful tool that allows you to send personalized mass emails in Outlook, right from your email account, without using BCC. This add-in is designed to enhance email functionality for Microsoft 365 users, offering personalized email options, privacy, and integration with Excel, all within Outlook.
With this new version of the add-in, you can easily reach your most important people one-to-one, and send personalized emails right from your mailbox (called a campaign). The add-in is designed with simplicity in mind:
- Start by choosing your Excel file that has a list of the email addresses and any other information you’d like to include in your message and give your campaign a name.
- You create your campaign email.
- You then generate your personalized emails. It works in conjunction with your Excel files, reads columns, and makes substitutions in your emails on the fly in a mail merge. It generates personalized emails into your chosen Drafts folder, so that you can review your emails before sending them.
- Once you’re happy with the generated emails, you can then begin sending them all with the click of one button!
The add-in has a rate throttled send speed to avoid server overload, and you can send as many as 1000 emails at a time (not to exceed 1000 a day). Best of all, for the ultimate in security, it works entirely in Outlook, and no other servers are used (except for licensing).
Sending individually addressed emails can improve deliverability, avoid spam filters, and increase response rates. With the Send Individually for Microsoft 365 add-in, you can send newsletters, press releases, business announcements, or other marketing emails to your clients, prospects, or contacts – any email you can create in Outlook. The add-in sends an email that you create to each of your recipients, one at a time. Individually addressing emails allows those emails to make it through more spam filters and raises response rates. Don’t you pay more attention to emails that are directly addressed to you? Now you can do it with ease.
This add-in is similar to the Outlook desktop only version of Send Individually, in fact they both read Excel file columns and make substitutions in your emails. And they both work entirely in your mailbox. But this version is driven entirely by your Excel file (which you choose when starting a new campaign), works on desktop Outlook, Outlook on the Web, or on Macs. Plus, it generates your personalized emails into your Drafts folder so that you can review them before sending.
