Description
Start responding to your emails faster and save time with the Outlook Quick Text Hotkeys Pro add-in. This Outlook add-in, just like it’s little brother Quick Text Hotkeys, inserts your predefined text with a click of a toolbar button or function key. Similar to a text macro or Word’s AutoText feature, it’s just one click to insert as much text as you need. Perfect for inserting frequently used responses to tech support, or for inserting answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
You can increase your professional responses by crafting a perfectly worded response one time, then use that same phrase again and again – the quality of your responses won’t vary from one email response to the next, and you will be able to get those well thought out bits of text quickly.
In addition, you can standardize on your companies responses. By sharing your responses with others in your organization, you can put forth a more unified message leading to more clarity with your recipients.
One of the best features of this Outlook Quick Text Hotkeys Pro add-in is that it can automatically insert a personalized greeting when you click Reply. What’s the first thing you do when you go to reply to am email? You type “Hi Mike”, or “Hi Chris”, then hit enter two times, then possibly a tab (or 5 spaces) then you finally start typing your message. But with this add-in all that is done for you as soon as you click reply. If looks at the email address you’re replying to, looks up that person’s first name, and inserts it right into the email and even hits the enter key twice for you (along with 5 spaces if you want!).
And if that wasn’t enough, you can also now set any toolbar button to also automatically send the email after performing it’s insertion. One click responses will definitely shorten the amount of time you spend in email!
This Pro version also has other powerful features that are not in the standard version, for instance the Pro version:
- Allows you to insert images along with your text
- Optionally inserts a greeting with the recipients first name, last name, of full name
- Optionally inserts the current date/time in many different formats (like just the current month, or dd/MM/yyyy, etc)
- Optionally inserts a date/time based off of today’s date/time, including an offset (like last day of the month minus 7 days)
